Acquisition Visibility API Modernization
at ARA is leading the charge of collecting, tagging, correlating and exposing important acquisition data. Collecting and mashing data from across multiple DoD silos (acquisition, budget, procurement), the team is cataloging and deploying reusable
APIs to share important data resources across the Pentagon and deploying applications to give leaders the data they need to make decisions.
540 is helping ARA define the overall API strategy and design while also developing and shipping data crawlers, data mashing APIs and visibility / visualization applications.

will be a web-based tool that guides/assists users in following the rules for creating contract line items consistent with the type of requirement (supplies/equipment, services, etc.) and contract/pricing arrangement (firm-fixed price, fixed-price
incentive, cost-plus-fixed-fee, etc.).
540 leads the design and development of the Contract Wizard while working closely with our subject matter experts. We're using AngularJS and Amazon Web Services to build this resilient app.
